In the pickling production process, heating the pickling solution is necessary. However, direct steam heating not only dilutes the acid concentration, reducing pickling efficiency, but also increases the amount of waste acid produced. To reduce costs and improve the efficiency of the pickling workshop, the direct steam heating method is replaced with an external circulation heating system—the pickling external heat exchanger.
